The owner and key post production personnel get paid well but, believe it or not, the person behind the camera gets paid the least. When they give their presentation to you they naturally show their best camera person's work. But there is no guarantee that that camera person will be even working for that particular company at the time of your wedding. Since they get paid the least, the very best camera operators free lance on their own or leave and set up their own business.
